Overall decent so far, though I think the title can be considered a bit accurate. At its core, this does faithfully execute what seems to be a common trope of 'isekai villainess manages to make everyone love her' and also 'has such low self esteem she struggles to believe other people can see value in her' but it does find ways to break things up here and there, offering some promise with what may come later.
In short this title at least tries to address features like character growth but mainly the evolution of people's relationships. It may spend a little too much time on describing how everyone is falling in love with MC but there are other examples that sometimes don't directly involve her. YMMV on whether those moments are well-written or if they may ring a bit hollow.
I mentioned that the title wasn't exactly a match, and it really just comes down to the backstory of not being accustomed to 'affection'. But from the very start we have a counterexample in the MC and the universe's FL. The only thing I'll really say beyond that is that the reader shouldn't assume she will refuse 'affection' so much as not recognize it for what it is. It's less about being shy than being ignorant or oblivious.
In terms of promise for later, the main thing I'll acknowledge is that there might be information unknown to the MC. So it can at least be interesting that the author doesn't have her pull the 'my perfect memory lets me anticipate every minute issue'. Rather, I think it's done us the favor of making unpredictable deviations due to her mere existence changing the events (and relationships). Although many of those boil down to all the enemies and allies alike paying more attention to her than the intended leads.
