Just wanted to say, the lowborn daughter of a woman who marries into nobility wouldn't become a part of the family. That is to say she wouldn't take the family name of her step father nor would she become a noble by her mother's marriage, she would just be a very lucky lowborn girl living with her mother's new family. I get that it's important for Aria to be a noble in an environment where she doesn't belong and the whole plot wouldn't make sense if she were a commoner with no power, but I just wanted to correct misinformation. You can only become a noble by marrying into the family yourself, by being born a noble, or being granted nobility by the head of state.
