What card game is that? from what I saw it's a card game whose goal is to match your card with the dealer's cards. So they must use at least 2 card sets, one set for the dealer, one set for the gambler. Card counting only work if there is one card set. unless there is another hint, I don't think you can intellectually guess the card since the game is just matching your card with the dealer's card.

This part didn't do justice to Aria so let me fill you some detail (no spoiler of course).
Aria needs her own secret money to move by herself. So she decided to go to the casino and play something which will give her much money at once, hence, she's playing a roulette.
To enter the casino, she must be of legal age, hence, the fake ID. But she didn't want anyone to know she is Aria Roscent, that's why she used a mask (the rumor about her being a wild vulgar girl also helping her now). She also wears an extravagant dress and heavy make up to make herself look older and acts like she is a frequent customer to make her less suspicious.
Since she could only use the hourglass once a day, she plays the roulette once and do this in three consecutive days.

I love how they've drawn Aria over time. Compared to the first few chapters, where she still looked like a young girl, she could easily pass for a young adult here. Of course, it's because of the hourglass, but the difference felt pretty gradual and wasn't so noticeable until this chapter. Her character design is so pretty too. (Her getting flustered because of Asher was cute too😆)
