@sylvacoer For one, she's is a literal child pulling a large carriage that is likely several times her weight, something that is both ridiculous and most likely unbecoming of a noble, let alone a lady. Not only that, but at a glance it's clear she's traveling without an escort, and while she doesn't need one since she's op, it's very likely that her parents, and especially her brother, would like her to have one anyways. If nothing else, the escorts can keep an eye on her and, ideally, they can report back to their superiors if she gets up to no good.
