I agree with everything you said except,
I don't think her sister is going to have that inner turmoil. More like, singing "Ding, Dong the witch is dead!" while dancing a happy little jig with her holy sword and pack of demons.

Yeah I agree but I'm saying if the FL did it personally she would definitely not be okay with being the direct reason for her sister's misfortune. It would be better for the FL's mental state if the sister just got herself killed then if the FL had to be the one who stabs her.

Nice to see Sheria getting some punishment, but this won't be the last we see of her (unless the Pope turns up and offs her). The situation regarding people being brainwashed by the holy water has still not been resolved. High ranking, respected but brainwashed, nobles like Lady Sylvia may still testify to Sheria's innocence.
