They're not unique and we're gonna make you really annoyed that we ever added a second isekai'd person!" I think the text changes depending on the user, and it it's ones own autobiography, past, present and future. This would likely be the reason why the Pope can predict certain things, since he can read his own future.

Wasn’t she part dragon (way back in her family or something)? I thought he meant he was looking for some like her i.e. not completely human, since there was earlier chapters about how the church used children of different races to transfer their “powers” to the pope (or extend his life or something along those lines). I might be mixing stuff up 🤷‍♂️

You have a point. that could also be the reason. not being completely human, but then again, this could mean either the soul, body or both. If you check the very first chapter, she explain she possessed the body, which is the reason why she could avoid so many conflicts and come victorious. She knows the plot of the story.
