I want to ask if the 'romance' in the tags is between who? Moriarty and the girl? Or between the girl and some other dude?

This has potential. I'm not sure where the romance tag comes into play, but this is still a fresh work. I for one felt the pacing is fine. I'd rather have a bit slow over a bit fast. This does a pretty decent job foreshadowing the various events that happen without being overly obvious although at the same time it doesn't take too much brain power to see what's likely to come next. At least it does demand some thought, and I kind of expect something like that when you choose to use the character of James Moriarty as one of the protagonists.

I look forward to reading more of this.

Cheesy in way that’s not fun. ML is a “genius criminal” who (as a ghost) wants to help the FL because of his sense of justice? Nothing is compelling him to do that other than witnessing some verbal abuse on campus. He’s a whole ass criminal ghost, you’d think he’d have other places to be. His master plan was to get the aggressor stuck in the floor? Just bland, which is funny considering the premise is so out of left field. However, the translation seems to be good.

This felt like i'm reading a fanfiction with MTL

The plot is basically James Moriarty helping a girl with the same name as his. This girl is bullied and they are gonna conquer the whole country. But Moriarty lost his memory (presumably) and after meeting the girl for some panels made a vow to help her.

Now that sounds pretty "fanfiction"-ish, but it's pretty interesting to see how will "James Moriarty" does stuff... i mean i liked "Moriarty the Patriot" and sherlock holmes as a whole is a really fun story.

But the way the plot plays out is pretty fast-paced and inconsistent. Like when did he lost his memories, how did he read 9 books and went to the cafeteria all in "It's near lights out" , how does a girl who got bullied so hard regain her composure so easily after a ghost said "I help you" .

All in all, it's like reading some power-fantasy/drama story that's there just to fulfill the author's fantasy... honestly felt like a fanfiction.. or more so a beginner author with his first book and a random upload schedule with a year of update each.

But, i'll look forward to more chapters i guess? I mean all i need is a Cute character and nice moe moments... better than reading MTLs of qidian..

Concept had potential but like the poster above said, it's very amateurish in how it's written. Every villain is a cartoony moron, and oh god he never shuts up about 'calculations' on things that don't have any math to it.
