for those saying that the fl is a spoiled little brat, you are not wrong, but you do have to keep in mind that children lack the sense of what is right and wrong, so they tend to do things in a sense of "cruel curiosity" and explore the world, this curiosity has to be limited by their caretakers, but because the father is too doting and she is of high standing, I can say that her behavior is pretty much inevitable
