i dont think the Flute Kouhai was that bad. If that was a set up how would she have even known he would end up being there to secretly watch her masturbate to him last chapter? or know the teacher would come to cause that hidden situation? plus seems like she actually likes him.

I think the Doctor was adding some truths and some lies to get him off that girl. Cause if she "seduced" others with his rare ass disease already shouldn't her situation be better already? I think the Doctor is actually the one who is more shady than she lets on. I wonder what her true aim is.

Also, you guys may feel simpathy or even root for flute girl, but sadly she blasted her chances into oblivion the moment it was revealed she was aiming for the money too, irregardles of any feelings she may have had about him (which pretty much makes it even more disturbing, since she was willing to cause intense pain and shorten the lifespan of her crush just for money).

The doc's comment near the end seem to imply that it's a different motive. Hopefully, it's that she doesn't know of the mc's condition and was just a coincidence.

@SSJR2, the doctor was thinking (thought bubbles) 'I thought she had another target', so doctor's at least telling the truth about flute girl being a 'witch'

this chapter does show flute girl genuinely likes him, so, I think there are three possibilities:

1. flute girl knows about the disease, but actually didn't know MC has it and just happened to pursue MC starting now (since MC coincidentally saw her masturbating)
or
2. flute girl figures MC will die soon anyways (since his condition was leaked to lots of girls), so she wants him for herself (instead of letting other girls get him)
or
3. doctor isn't completely telling the truth about the disease/how life-threatening it is (though this is unlikely because she was speaking on the phone in chapter 2)

I'm pretty sure the doctor researching his condition suggests it will not turn out like previous cases.
