@darkomantis @Garrett @Abedeus @lostsage it is a parody of something that kirei cake did (another scanlation group), that's why the ad is badly edited, this is not the first time Duwang Empire makes a diss at kirei cake, before this they did the "My mother is actually not bedridden ill and i don't have to stay enclosed at home taking care of her, but do send me a coffee anyways thanks!" diss, in response to their usual begging for money on their pages using their mother illness as form to gather sympathy (as in the middle of the chapter pages), also like @versub noticed, part of the joke is that the viewer count is decreasing each chapter, so there's no point to ask a western audience to save the series anyways, since the manga is supposedly per the joke, also unpopular overseas for free, let alone for people to buy it.

And that's the joke explained, is a jab at the practices of another scanlation group and their cringe means of asking for money and support.
