It was fun to read, things happened so quickly that I was laughing while reading, the plot was a surprise that made me read until the end. It's a fun read if you have some free time.

This feels like a bit of a mess...
Meifa/Sheryl becoming a yandere for Chloe kind of makes sense because she was mentally broken. But I'm not sure Chloe's sudden obsession with her to the point of being willing to kill other people and herself. It is kind of weird.
Chloe's moral conflict about being a thief and sudden indignation over it would have probably worked if we didn't have the officers first chapter admit that the people they rob are corrupt. Like we have it established that there are corrupt people in power and that there are starving people in slums. Her snapping at Monica over thievery feels really hollow to me.
Honestly I think I would have liked more of Monica being disgusted/ashamed of Chloe by the end. She was bad in forcing Chloe to help fulfill her idea of a savior and continue with thievery like she wanted but her I want Meifa to never remember her family so she's reliant on me was bad and the added detail of things like Monica's parents starved to death but her claiming stealing to feed people is wrong makes her come across as not only hypocritical but cruel and self-centered.
Weirdly by the end Chloe was the least sympathetic character (well the kidnapping witch is worse but she is a clear villain and the back stabbing witch hunter is worse but again clear villain (who also weirdly leaves without ever getting punished for his crimes and instead will be rich and lauded as a hero)). Meifa/Sheryl had her mind messed with and someone attempted to brainwash her so her yandere behavior and lack of morality makes sense, Monica was a thief trying to make sure no one ever starved to death like her parents and did unethical things like hire a witch hunter after a witch tried to kill her to protect her friend, the guard captain was trying to stop a murderer and protect his family, his wife was also just trying to keep her family safe. Chloe started with the hey I don't want this woman who is like a child to die and then quickly became posessive and cruel. Like she was probably the least consistently written character and one who I was expecting to find was mentally manipulated by witch magic, but nope.
I feel like there is better yuri and better yandere yuri out there.
