Plot twist 101, have some foreshadowing.

I so so so want to have some chapters of Keima conquering Elsie. The plot maybe like Satyr about to activate their secret weapon but Elsie manages to escape their control for a while. Imagine a chapter starts like this:
"Oniichan, it has really been a long way since our first met right? I will be your final target. Now let begin our date."
And then the whole chapter is about them redoing that date together in the theme part and in the end Elsie reveals that:
"Kami-niisama, today was really fun. Thank you for playing along with my selfishness, but actually you dont have to do anything. I've always been in love with my niichan"
Then maybe there will be some shanenigans about how being a little sister to look after him is enough for her than they kiss and it concludes the conquer.
After that the author can move on with his original ending like usual.
(Which is still a shitty troll ending imo, harem ending will always be the one true ending. But the author was probably trying to send a message or whatever the hell it is)
