Thanks for the chapter.

BTW, What method do you use to color so fast? Is it anything like this video?

It is kind of like that, but not exactly the same. I only started coloring a month ago, so I am still learning, and I use Clip Studio not Photoshop. One thing I like is the overlay in the pencil option ( I hope it's called that in english because my program is in German) there you can overlay your color with a pencil and the darker the picture is the more darker the color you're using gets. For example if you pick green then white will be light green and dark will be dark green.

I understand what you mean. The process is different but the mechanism is the same:

Essentially both processes are mapping the tonal range of an image to the color you want to use. Tonal range describes the image’s colors, with the lightest color (usually white) at one end and the darkest color (usually black) at the other end.

In the video I showed, you have to select the area you want to color as a seperate layer. If I am correct, you can move the color freely with the pencil right? How do you stop a color from crossing over? For example, if you were to color Ichigo's hair, how do you stop the color from going to his face? In that video, the selection tool defines the borders so you don't have to worry about colors crossing borders, so you'd only select the hair.

It is like you wrote the selection tool stops the color from going over the line, but there is an option where you can turn the surface so that now you can not color in the selected area, but now you can color outside of the selected area.

And what do you mean by moving the color with the pencil? Do you mean if you can color with a pencil in the selected area? If that's the question then yes you can color in the selected area with your pencil.

I assumed it was like a real life pencil where you have to mechanically stay within the lines by mouse and keyboard. But it seems like Clip Studio has a function that allows for edge selection and pencil strokes, right? I'll have to check out that program.

I've seen others online use a pencil tool but they did not have to select an area. It automatically stops coloring within the lineart... I can't figure out how they did that, but that is the fastest method I've seen.

Yeah I'm also new so I only know like 50% of what the program can do.
But you can get a free trial version for a month and try it yourself, and if you want to buy the program wait for a sale because right now a lifetime version costs 42$ and I got it for 16$.

Thanks for coloring this serie

Honestly, this is really a case of pearls to the swines...
I am pretty sure that most of the people who read this manga would be totally fine with having Nene XD

Yeah, I was thinking "If I was that guy, I'd have totally given in at the first chapter".

Great find, OP! I noticed in the thumbnail her eyes are like a pinkish/red, is that the official coloring?

Yes the funny thing is when I started coloring at that time there was no colored version I knew of that's why you see some differences but funny enough the hair is pretty similar
