Yeah, I was legitimately shocked when I saw this chapter originally. It's extremely unusual for a Chinese author to get this close to actually describing a sexual encounter between two people of the same sex. The authors are usually too afraid (rightfully) of getting told by the platform that they need to do a massive rewrite or get their series removed.

That's not true in my experience. Please Bully Me, Miss Villainess, Fugue Across Worlds, Green Tea Bitch, Addicted to Her...all have unambiguous sex scenes. Even something innocent-looking like My Food Looks Very Cute became kinky now and then. In fact, I can't think of any modern baihe that doesn't depict physical intimacy. Granted, they still do stupid shits like censoring kisses, but sexual encounters way more spicy than this chapter are not uncommon.
