A good story so far, and the art is really good as well. I'm interested in how the plot and relationships will proceed!

I've read up to 40 chapters. Although I hate the MC, the setting is interesting enough to keep me reading.
MC is trying to find the balance of maintaining her reputation as a man while trying to "survive," but she's doing it all in a very obnoxious manner. Like, she knows the main male lead (ML) regresses, but she doesn't want to confirm cuz... she's afraid he's going to kill her again? Wtf? She's gotta at least try to learn why ML kills her so she doesn't die again. Yet, she just goes with the flow while doing side-objectives. She doesn't confirm ANYTHING with the ML. She's so afraid of him yet does nothing about it. MC's entire character involves being intelligent and crafty enough to fool people into believing she's a man; yet she does nothing to learn more about her situation. Ultimately, I find the MC to be very pathetic.
From the ML's perspective, MC always kills him once he becomes emperor, so we know MC will eventually betray ML. We don't know why MC kills ML, but we can speculate the reasons why as we read further into the story.
At this point, I'm more for ML murdering MC again, but knowing that this is a romance comic, we know how it'll end.
