well, wait a minute. I know she's physically identical (Although this artist does have a small sameface problem), I'm asking if the idol/the girl is HIS favourite idol. He could just know who she is vaguely.

If she is his favorite idol and he hasn't realized it, it means he has some sort of mental problem and needs help.
