@wakka02 It is a system fault as it should have prevented any user to do it in the first place. In reading update logs of software sometimes you see something along the line of "fixing ****** vulnerability" . This is that situation. The thing he did is the vulnerability. The thing he did is akin to deleting the root/system directory which you cannot do in modern os. Some old programmer that I know said they use to able to do that (old obsolete operating system) but it is no longer possible.
