It's a "neighborhood" 400 to 500 meters southeast of the capital? That's literally walking distance. You don't need a carriage to go that far. It's basically within the capital. It's also really weird to say "neighborhood" because it basically implies that it is part of the capital, just one particular section of it. That makes the writing of 400 to 500 meters look like it was intended.

I would be much more inclined to believe it was supposed to be kilometers, especially with the following panels complaining about finding a needle in a desert. I also would've liked to have seen it say something like "town" or "village" instead of neighborhood.

Maybe this is an issue with the original Korean. Maybe it's an issue with the translation. That just made no sense.

If it were 'about 400-500 meters southeast of the capital', it would be a city block of a suburb of said capital. And finding her would be a walk in the park.
