I was thinking about it and isn't tower of god technically an isekai?

Not really, I'm pretty sure the tower is on whatever planet Bam is on. I think I would consider it to be fantasy

What? The tower is big and all, but it's not like it's in another universe.

You could argue that MC's unfamiliarity with the tower makes it similar to an isekai, but it's still technically not one.

Tower of God is not an Isekai. An Isekai is when a character gets transported to another WORLD. The "tower" in Tower of God is a "link" BETWEEN worlds. So it's technically not an Isekai.
