1. Ok, so in the most recent Dai Dark Chapter we got the reveal that Damemaru was Chidamura all along (The Big Devil Overlord), but during the reveal scene, we see HOLE (the creature and the "Final Boss" from Dorohedoro) appear and tell Sanko to call Chidaruma by his full name "Hell Master":

2. In the last chapter of Dorohedoro, we see the Lesser Devils give Chidaruma human form his jacket ( https://mangadex.org/chapter/bd090289-e6d2-453d-8061-fda1245c271c/24 ), and in his jacket we see HOLE (the final boss) spirit in it. My question is: is the scene where Hole speaks to Sanko, actually Nahgul'n revealing he is HOLE, or is it showing that in Sanko's subconscious he is actually HOLE? I got a little confused with this
