I had like 30 updates at 1st of April, and 2/3 of them were "jokes".

But thrice? I love the series but I don't love you anymore.

The problem with comments on the internet is that the majority of them tend to be knee-jerk reactions. Things not given much thought. Also something that was meant lightheartedly could sound way harsher written down. And that is compounded if there are multiple people saying it. It’s mostly people’s lizard brains talking and not probably what they would say If actually talking to another human being face-to-face.

We’re all fans here and there’s just been some mistakes and misunderstandings all around. And I think no one wanted to genuinely hurt anyone else either.

@Unique_Xero, @itsmae, @Viopera, and the rest of LLS. I hope you guys know that for every negative comment there are probably ten more people out here that are very grateful and think you’re awesome for spending your time and energy for our enjoyment. You guys are rock stars.

@TUSF "No one would have minded just an april fools joke release." Lol, yes they would. Readers on manga aggregate sites are the most entitled bunch of little whiners. I saw several one-off April Fools joke chapters where people were bitching.

Anyone who doesn't expect joke chapters on April Fools and proceeds to get testy in the comments when they inevitably get got ultimately lacks the emotional maturity to realize they only wasted 15 seconds of their day. Furthermore, TLs don't owe any of us anything unless they do sponsored chapters (which this manga does not). Even further still, joke chapters almost always indicate real chapters coming the next day, so I am glad to see them regardless for series that don't upload on a regular basis.

TL;DR Free English manga readers are often extremely entitled and don't realize that joke chapters don't actually affect their lives.

I think the whole idea of April Fool's releases was bad. But pranking people 3 times was totally dumb.
Noone actually snitched your project, the person just fell sorry for all of us, who couldn't read the chapter and got pranked (3 TIMES!) so brutally, so he uploaded his translation saying this is just to fulfill untill the better one is released.

Seeing something I actually looked forward to being updated just be another 'prank' not just once but three times on the same day was not a good joke. And the sheer amount of 'joke' updates that day was enough to push me past my limit of patience.

Have fun all you want but do not have fun at other people's expense and patience and not expect people to get mad at you.
