Title Volume Numbers

Why do lots of titles on this website lose their volume numbers after a certain amount of chapters? I don't understand why. It's annoying not being able to know the volume you're up to.

Example: https://mangadex.org/title/21437/atsumare-fushigi-kenkyu-bu

As you can see with this example, the volume number stops appearing after 'Vol. 8 Ch. 151.5 - Omake'. After this chapter, you won't know what volume you're up to.

@Tigero Because the chapters haven't been put into a volume format yet. If you check the publication status/progress, you would see that volume 8 is the latest published one. Likely there are no indicators to show how many chapters would they put into the next volumes so the scanlator group just put the chapter number instead of guessing and creating more troubles to change the volume number if they were wrong later.

I hope it makes sense.
