Absolutely, we all know that when doing bad things the most important aspect is in the presentations, cant go in looking boring.

Dang right! A villain mastermind can't be slumming it in background-character style. They should command the attention and understanding of everyone in their presence just by entering the room.

She looks ridiculous, though. She has everyone's attention, but no understanding. This is less Cobra Commander and more Joker. And you gotta be REALLY good at villainy to make the Joker style work, while Cobra Commander works even if you're just awful at being awful.

It's the start of the second year actually. Also who knows if something's gonna go wrong in next chapters from asking for others' help?
