I love how they put that foreshadowing into the Sisters arc. As much as I would love to say that I wish that conversation with Kiyama and Misaka afterwards in the anime, they had to put something within the chronology and truly finish this arc with the kids so it would create confusion and Misaka would question what she meant when they met again. But I wish it was referenced somehow. :/
