Iirc it was Index's blast that destroyed it, which is nice, at least Index did something useful for once.

I just noticed... after 10031 starts reflecting on her onee-sama and concludes that her onee-sama doesn't want to involve herself with the imouto anymore, she passed by Deferred, the cat that she and her onee-sama saved... It's sooo tragic considering that she tried to cheer her onee-sama up by mentioning a cat (as her memories together) but received a backlash to go away 
(Was this also shown like this in Railgun S? I hope so since this is so thematically telling!!)
Fortunately, the next imouto came by and noticed it, which in turn led to Deferred coming into Misaka's and Touma's encounter and Misaka able to reflect once more her relationship with Imouto. It all comes around!
