Thinking back to the Railgun S anime, considering it's the best experience for the Sisters arc (like literally, I can't stop thinking how much effort they put into it to not only add extra scenes like Misaka's friends but also correctly adapt Touma's side and OT3. So glad no one is required at all to watch Index's side to view the whole story because Railgun S did it, and a lot better. Damn I'm so glad they animated it during that time since I don't know if the team nowadays is willing to put that much effort now..).
Getting super side tracked and going back to my initial thoughts, was Kiyama ever referenced in Railgun S? Did she even give the foreboding warning to Misaka in the Railgun anime? It's something that I kind of forgot since I haven't watched Railgun in a long time but it's sad if they didn't actually adapt that scene.. Considering how it makes sense Kiyama would be aware of the project, seeing as she worked under Gensei who was behind it.
