@Mojo Honestly I never know what to expect from Shounen Ai, Yaoi is really clear but what is Shounen Ai??? Like is it platonic? Romantic? Idek. And lol I get bromance but given the history of the emperor whose body he's in wouldn't his actions be naturally considered as romantic interest? Not that I'm against gays, but isn't he straight?? The MC stated that he's coddling up to the protagonist cause he doesn't want to die, one of the reasons he choose to seek him out at night bc he doesn't want to 1) implicate troublesome people = he doesn't trust other people 2) he trusts the protagonist as to go as far as revealing him true origins bc he has an inherent idea of the protagonist's behavior (for the novel). BUT I don't know why our transmigrated emperor is plagued with such troubles, but it's probs just bc "plot"

Some Yaoi gets pretty hentai/porno. Shounen Ai is literally the translated Japanese words Shounen=Boy (The kanji characters literally mean "boy", and the characters means "comic") Ai=Love
