It's unclear if Mirei likes Tomose, I thought it was already addressed when she said when they first met she liked her but seemed to move past that. To me it looks like she used to like Fukatsu, now dislikes him, used to like Tomose, now likes her as a friend, and doesn't want Tomose to be stolen away by Fukatsu in the typical "my friend can't date someone or i'll be lonely" plot. But idk for sure, Mirei's motivations have been really unclear
