Once in a while, I try to do a title I think that may have some meaning to some people. This is a gender identity issue story where the MC who is physically a female has always identified as a male. It has brought conflict and discord, and stolen every moment of peace the MC could have had. Some might call this a spoiler, but I don't want anyone to start this title not knowing this.

The first chapter is 86 pages so it's gonna take me a while. There is also a 17 page follow-up. The volume this oneshot appears in also has a 2 page omake. They'll all get done, eventually.

@ankiwi I'm currently about 50 pages into the first chapter that's about 80 pages long. There's a much shorter second chapter that's more of an epilogue. I've also recruited some proofreaders and editors from reddit's r/asktransgender for as accurate and sensitive a translation as possible.

I just finished it in french on sushiscan. Make me cry. It was really a touching read, I recommend it.

i blame her father for projecting his insecurities to his own daughter. had he just taken her hunting and didnt involve gender restrictions then she wouldnt have been suffering with her own identity.

He'd still be trans and a guy even if he took her hunting and didn't put gender restrictions on it, it was very clearly a much deeper feeling than just "i want to go hunting but only guys get to go hunting so i should be a guy"
