@lunectar The bodies do not come back to life, he can only make unliving things, however if he makes a body and disconnects of it and the soul of the body is nearby, the soul can posses the empty body and "revive"; march, gugu, the bear and a lot of his past friends didn't go to "heaven" and stayed with him so if fushi makes them bodies and disconnect of them, the souls can posses the bodies and "revive".
Unfortunately the first boy didn't stay with fushi and went to heaven so even if he makes the body and leaves it he wont revive since his soul is not "here".
