@SotiCoto problem here is the context, everyone in the city is pretty much already tense with all the battling and them not knowing if they're gonna die or not, plus they probably have their own stuff to worry about. The only conclusion anybody there would go to is murder, since what Fushi was doing was out of their comprehension because the soldiers were the only ones who witnessed the resurrections.
