How long is this? I didn't expect Hanano to stay/survive but I thought she would last a bit longer given how she was promoted for the anime. I thought she would be a traitor or something.
And that's a different look from what we usually get from her; I didn't recognize her at all (though it could have been from the strain from captivity). She's acted differently too, like she's more experienced. No trace of that ditzy newbie we know and love.

The ITEM LN is ongoing and the anime will probably answer your other questions before the manga can

Errr... well, she's kinda a plot twist tbh and it's readable in the Item LN vol 1. The manga will probably take time to get to kt considering the publishing schedule so the ankme might actually get there faster.
Suffice to say, there's a reason she's kinda heavily promoted.
