Remember, the level 5s, besides Gunha, are all supergeniuses. Literal human supercomputers. They perform complex physics calculations in their heads in real-time just to make their powers work.
Some of them are quite limited in their specialization, like Shokuhou only really needs to concern herself with fluid dynamics, medicine, and organic chemistry. But similar to Accelerator, Misaka's power, especially with how broadly she uses it, touches on nearly every single field of physics.

Lower end of her feats, remember during the Three Stories arc when she helped Touma with his homework, and she treated these high school level problems like it was a childrens' puzzle book.
But she's also intelligent enough to not just parse digital information by reading encoded bit streams from the electrical currents, but also edit video feeds in real time by performing bit manipulation on the streams.
And in Railgun SS2, we see her teach herself to count cards in a matter of seconds, just as a form of amusement while she's simultaneously remotely hacking into a highly secure server.

EDIT: Wait holy fuck did you say after Doppelganger? That's literally insane lol because Doppelganger and Jailbreaker is only 3 days apart, so there definitely isn't enough time for this whole election arc here.

/below is what I wrote thinking that you said before Doppelganger
according to the "A Certain Unified Calendar" (this is pretty old but it's accurate enough), the entire Doppelgangper stuff happened just within 10-11 October, and Kuroko was pretty occupied with the whole "boy who can see the future thing" up until 4 October, so Kuroko has to solve things here within a week for this to make sense. However, Kuroko only got back for more important stuff in Jailbreaker arc in 14 October, so this arc can take at most 10 days.
That sounds insane but Toaru timeline is kind of insane already lol

also, because I'm obsessed, I went and checked and Kuroko appeared in chapter 3, and at least 3 days have passed (there was tons of fighting after chapter 3 in the same day, then Misaki blacked out and slept for a full day in chapter 17, they went on some more adventure with more fighting, and they caught and got testimony from some girl in chapter 26 and a day passed then too). So we still have 7 more days to solve this before it doesn't fit within the timeline.

D'après le "A Certain Unified Calendar" (c'est assez vieux mais c'est assez précis), toute l'histoire du Doppelganger s'est déroulée entre le 10 et le 11 octobre, et Kuroko était assez occupée avec toute l'histoire du "garçon qui peut voir le futur" jusqu'au 4 octobre, donc Kuroko doit résoudre les choses ici en une semaine pour que cela ait un sens. Cependant, Kuroko n'est revenue pour des choses plus importantes dans l'arc Jailbreaker que le 14 octobre, donc cet arc peut prendre au maximum 10 jours.
Cela semble fou, mais la chronologie de Toaru est déjà assez folle mdr

aussi, parce que je suis obsédée, je suis allée vérifier et Kuroko est apparue dans le chapitre 3, et au moins 3 jours se sont écoulés (il y a eu des tonnes de combats après le chapitre 3 le même jour, puis Misaki s'est évanouie et a dormi toute une journée dans le chapitre 17, ils sont partis dans une autre aventure avec plus de combats, et ils ont attrapé et obtenu le témoignage d'une fille dans le chapitre 26 et un jour s'est écoulé alors aussi). Nous avons donc encore 7 jours pour résoudre ce problème avant que cela ne rentre dans la chronologie.

anw, the point is whenever this is happening needs to be solved pretty soon no matter what because the Toaru franchise runs in such a small? limited? timeline.
