I've always held a theory that Shokuhou using her powers unconsciously while experiencing a traumatic event caused Kamijou's overly specific brain damage. How do you get brain damage that makes you constantly and consistently lose memories of only a single specific person due to a accident said person was coincidentally involved in? Imagine Breaker can reverse changes made by Mental Out on his brain, but not physical damage inflicted. Shokuhou hating herself due to what happened to the point of unconsciously punishing herself is something on brand for her. I'm sure I can't be the only person who's thought this.
