It should be even, even if said higher ups may be ignorant to magic. Science should have ways to work around that.

Anyway chapter wise I'm glad were finally going to Russia with how the manga is maybe Fimma won't feel as "eh" to me as he did in the anime, power and just general feel of the guy.

the science side always have their thing that at least that can contest with magic... problem is, magic side effs too much. Othinus wiped everything in an instant. Something something science still needs to catch up on.
