Nah seriously, though, Japs are way too content only knowing Japanese knowledge and ignore the 80% of all knowledge that is out there on the internet that is in English or other languages.
Asian sites are rather inaccessible by foreigners, especially South Korean sites (everything is linked to mobile apps, SSNs, and local phone numbers only), by comparison to the rather international nature of Western sites.
