they're characters from eve's (yes the music artist) mangas kara no kioku and inochi no tabekata, as well as some of his mvs like insomnia

tobi and monica are primarily from the kara no kioku & inochi no tabekata mangas, which you can read on mangadex!
ryuuko is from eve’s music video for fightsong, and fuchi is from eve’s music videos for insomnia and sayonara endroll )
(tobi is also featured in the how to eat life and fightsong music videos)
