The Fable is one of the best manga on this site and it has a finished TL. Go read it.

In The Fable, the main character is an assassin who needs to condition himself to do his work. It's a kind of self-hypnosis, and this is how it looks like when he triggers it. Basically, mom's about to do somethin' nasty with that knife.
