Feels kinda generic. Not in an awful way, but you have the typical genki-shounen-protagonist who of course beats everyone who is more serious through the power of friendship and sheer enthusiasm, and you have the classic bunch-of-girls-for-some-reason-have-to-fight-to-defend-humanity setup, including the mandatory conspiracy. Plus, it's kinda rushed.

Reminded me to re-read some Hayate x Blade again though so I'll give it that much
