My favorite part of Toki is that her arc in the anime aired at the same time as Fate/Zero.
So you have both some teenager literally killing herself abusing time powers to win at a children's Mahjong tournament at the same time that Kiritsugu is burning his life away accelerating his perception of reality in order to defeat a Kung Fu using magic wielding Catholic priest to prevent the deaths of up to 6~ billion humans.

I'm pretty sure that Toki even called her ability "double accel" or something too. Amazing.
