Yes they accept visas. It's possible to rip it. I remember downloading the bookwalker library and then screenshotting a work that I wanted translated. The only issue is that you have to edit out the progress bar after doing that.

yes, they also accept paypal, and uh i guess you could zoom into the pages and then make a stitch of the screenshots on the mobile app. idk about the pc manga viewer though. if i were to give you such page stitches i'd need some time to perform them, but the volumes aren't especially expensive either way
