If you look at the author old stuff, yeah, a little bit it's their own way of doing things, but it never stopped them to do +18 stuff so the comic that they do in patreon now just pushed that to extreme since you can't monetize that content in China. Exactly my thought process when translating that part. Technically she isn't called a bitch because that would be "mesu inu", but translating "mesu" to simply "female" feels... not right.
