Yk unlike the tl i think tokimori is delaying the progress evading whatever little boldness sugawa shows. that's what i thought since we knew that her ex and tokimori were living together i.e. she has experience that sugawa lacks and therfore tokimori should lead with advances a lot earlier as at this point its been more than 2 years they are living together.. it came of as an rant but i do like the pacing and this chapter where tokimori takes on charge
