I think you misunderstood. They've been sleeping in the same goddamn double bed since the beginning. Which is why their relationship has been kinda weird throughout the whole story. I was never able to take this story seriously fully. Dude would freak out on slight hand contact. While at the same time sleeping in close proximity with her every night the whole time. lmao

Yeah, the sleeping arrangement was a little vauge in the beginning. But it was established in chapter 24 that they sleep in the same bed. Before that it seemed like they were taking turns using the only bed while the other would sleep on a futon.
