Chocolate facts: Chocolate made from beans is incredibly laborious without a $1000 wet-grinder. Even the machine has to grind continuously for 24 hours or more, and because the solids don't dissolve, you have to grind them even finer than corn starch, because your tongue perceives it as grainy otherwise, so doing it with a mortar and pestle is basically impossible.

With how long it really takes to go from fresh cocoa beans (non prepared) to chocolate (approximatively one month), I would be that much more meaningful, rewarding and an honor to receive chocolate if made completely by hand.
