The first time i read this, i remember being mad at urie for acting up but this time around i completely understand why he was mad. Haise is far from being the responsible leader he wants to be, mutsuki is a quinx and would heal sooner or later, saiko that was there with them couldn't even fight like mutsuki does? and yet she can continue the mission. Haise should not have asked for some sort of treatment for mustsuki, when people are dying left and right, associate special classes are dying and getting injured, has any of them been back to some medical place to heal of their injuries? haise should have kept up with it and then would not have to ask urie (who is 2nd more capable after him there) to accompany her, it's that soft side of him that he needs gone to properly do his work. He says he understands urie's motivations but he doesn't, he just knows about them, after all he himself doesn't care about achievements, urie is dying for strength and revenge.
