the titty yakiniku shit is based on a real thing, which has been an actual popular practice for centuries. look up "女体盛り" - there's even a wiki article in english about it. notably enough there's also a version where the model having food picked off of their body is male ("男体盛り") and from my admittedly lackluster research on the topic, it's apparently just as common as the female version.

if you mean the bit about politicians and other influential people going to private, invite-only places to talk about shady shit they're involved in? that's 200% real and happens in absolutely every country on earth.
