Well; seeing how Kisaki is so friggin smart and manipulative, he could just be formulating new plans every time his previous ones failed. I mean; his brain should work just fine even after the MC ruins his plans...12 years is plenty time to scheme other people's demise. No reason to believe that he's time travelling...?
