At this point this arc has kinda jumped the shark . It's just so convoluted and dumb to see all those outlandish looking grinning boys wail on each other, like it's kingdom hearts. Total departure from the original premise.

MC is 13-14, gang leaders are at best 15... I mean I understand it's a *gang* so of course they can be "scouted" from young age I believe, but ain't there some older dudes organizing this? They fight against guys that are 18 around that and they win? How?
Then another gang appears like wild pokemon and oh you know that glasses dude, yeah this crazy bastard he's super friend with everybody so he can kinda talk shit to everyone and change his gang more often than he actually changes his underwear. Isn't he the same age as the MC ??? How can you manipulate a (more or less) grown ass dude that is like 18 or so, to make him do shit for you without him understanding that? Yeah they are just bloodthirsty but you GOTTA be really stoopid not to see anything going on???
And how can there be so many deaths yet the Police is like "yknow, teenagers immaright??" I know police IRL don't "really" do shit with gangs but THIS IS A TEEN DELINQUENTS GANG FFS ???

yeah I'm mad and confused, madly confused. but still like the manga. still gonna read. but please make it make sense sometimes.
