There's some serious timeparadox in here. If the past got changed, then Takemichi wouldn't get pushed by Ak-kun and die/get saved by Naoto in the future past.
Naoto saying, "You changed everything" would be a contradiction because he shouldn't be knowing how it was before.

Since there are raws for 50+ more chapters I wonder how the author is going to explain all that.

@eviltwin I thought the same, I've refrained from looking further within the volumes i have since i can't read japanese so I can only guess so much by looking at the images and randomly spoil myself xD. But my 1st thought was that Naoto is fishy... he shouldn't retain the memories. As for the time paradox, you could say he's creating alternative timelines and solve it simply that way, well "simply". And obviously there's a connection between the time traveling and Naoto that we don't really get either. However it is a fact that Takemichi convinced Naoto when he was little that his sister was gonna die in the future so I don't know...? We shall see how it gets explained, if it does.
